We could have embroidered American Apparel hoodies instead of AwDis, however, the unit price would then increase substantially, and also, 2XL is not an option of AA hoodies through our embroiders; so we thought we'd elect for a more diverse product range, at a more reasonable price.

Honestly, until now Casey has lost a huge amount of money on shipping internationally every time we've sold merch online. For example, and standard international small parcel (this includes vinyl and hoodies) costs us £8.55 to ship to Australia, sometimes more depending on weight - we charge £7. We know postage sucks, and if we could drop the prices then we honestly would.

We keep them as fair as we possibly can, but if there's any chance of us ever touring beyond Europe, we can't keep selling items at a loss.

All items featured in the Love Is Not Enough Embroidered Collection are limited edition, available only for two weeks, beginning on February 14th, and ending on February 28th.

On March 1st, all orders will be passed on to our embroiders, and the garments created. Estimated turnaround for their production is 2 weeks, during which time all mailing bags and address slips will be created. This means that as soon as we take delivery of the merch, we will be able to ship almost straight away.

All orders will be dispatched by March 24th at the very latest; please check our Twitter for updates on dispatches. Unfortunately Big Cartel does not automatically send dispatch notifications.

All packages are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class postage, whether being delivered to the UK or internationally. We generally advise the following timeframes:

UK - 1 week from dispatch
EU Mainland - 3 weeks from dispatch
North America - 5 weeks from dispatch
East Asia - 6 weeks from dispatch
Australia - 6 weeks from dispatch

Due to the number of "missing item" queries that have been logged, we've unfortunately had to impose the policy that once it's been posted it's out of our hands. You'd need to check with your local postal service to see if they have a missing items complaints procedure. We retain proof of postage for all items if you need our assistance during your dispute.
